Unbelievable Customer Service

This company has unbelievable customer service. I had a problem with a small item and had low expectations on getting any assistance. Boy was I wrong. The response from Marque Cycling was not only the same day but they followed up twice to make sure they understood my issue. They then took quick action to correct it 100%. Can't recall getting quicker, better and more thorough customer service from any company I have ever dealt with, and I am 63. Went from frustrated to happy and satisfied over night! Highly recommend Marque Cycling.

Perfect for secondary bike lock

I have a hefty U-lock for a primary bike lock. I bought this cable to use as a secondary lock for my front wheel, saddle or helmet. Any cable is very easily cut with bolt cutters but I?�m hoping this cable along with the U-lock will make thieves move on. Solid enough to intimidate and thin enough to be flexible and light weight. With locks, you never really know until it?�s too late but I hope my plan is a good balance between safety and practicality. I would be heartbroken if my new baby was stolen.

So far so good. The length is perfect for covering my bikes entire length. I hope it hold up fora long time.
